Event Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Event or Land Buying and Selling Event Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern registration for and participation in events organized, hosted, promoted, managed, or operated by G1 Lands ("G1 Lands", "we", "our", or "us").
By registering for, attending, participating in, purchasing tickets for, sponsoring, exhibiting at, speaking at, volunteering for, or otherwise participating in a G1 Lands event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not register for or participate in the event.

Access to professionals and industry participants
Events are not intended to provide:

Legal advice

Financial advice

Tax advice

Investment advice

Planning approvals

Participants are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice appropriate to their circumstances.
4. Registration
Participants may be required to provide information including:

Participants agree that information provided during registration will be accurate and complete.
G1 Lands reserves the right to reject, suspend, cancel, or revoke registrations where necessary.

9. Removal from Events

13. Speakers, Vendors & Sponsors
Speakers, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, professionals, and other participants are responsible for:
