The hotel has confirmed the following accessibility features:

All meeting spaces are located on the second level and are accessible by elevator.
Multiple accessible parking spaces are available at the hotel.
Attendees may be dropped off at the hotel’s front entrance before the driver parks the vehicle.
The hotel does not offer valet parking.
Hotel doormen may be available to provide reasonable assistance at the front entrance.

The event does not provide mobility-device rental or personal attendant services.

Food and beverage services may be provided by the venue or another third-party provider. While available options may be communicated where possible, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed, and there may be a risk of cross-contamination.

The availability of services such as sign-language interpretation, live transcription, closed captioning, audio description, sensory spaces, charging equipment, or other specialized supports may depend on advance notice, venue capabilities, service-provider availability, and event arrangements.
